By using Oenoticket, you agree to these terms. Tickets purchased through the platform are subject to the individual event's refund policy as stated on its event page.

Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for delivering the experiences they sell. Oenoticket acts as a booking platform and payment processor and is not the provider of the events themselves.

Reselling tickets above face value or outside the platform is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms.
